Brenee Bunce is the lead principal broker and owner of the Bunce Alliance Realty Group LLC. Brenee is a local Rochesterian and has been a full-time licensed real estate agent since 2016.  Brenee has many years of experience as a residential real estate agent and also specializes in commercial real estate.

 

Brenee received her Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Business Administration from the College of Brockport. With a strong background in finance and sales, she understands the different aspects of the sales process for individuals and businesses. Brenee is a master negotiator, creative problem solver and loves helping people with their real estate needs. But above all else, she is truly committed to putting her client's best interests first at all times.
